About Unity Portal

Unity Portal helps local organizations coordinate services, respond to community needs, share opportunities, and follow up with the people they serve — so neighbors can find help with dignity and people who want to help can find where they're needed.

• Churches and ministries serving their neighbors
• Nonprofits and community organizations
• Volunteers and donors who want to give their time or resources

Unity Portal serves Bell County, Texas, with its initial verified-partner rollout centered in Killeen. Public resources may be viewed by anyone. During the pilot phase, organization accounts are available to churches and nonprofits located in or directly serving Killeen. Organizations elsewhere in Bell County may be approved by invitation or through special review as the network expands.

Unity Portal does not replace 2-1-1 or emergency services. 2-1-1 helps people locate available resources across Texas. Unity Portal helps local organizations coordinate services, respond to community needs, share opportunities, and follow up with the people they serve.

Every organization is reviewed by a Unity Portal administrator before its listing is published. Read about verification.

Participating churches, nonprofits, agencies, businesses, and volunteers remain independent organizations responsible for their own services, eligibility requirements, conduct, licensing, safety procedures, and outcomes.

Assistance requests are private by default and shared only with administrators and the organizations assigned to help. Read our privacy and request-handling policy.
