  2. 2Submit a private assistance request if you need help finding the right organization.
  3. 3Unity Portal reviews the request and routes it only to relevant verified organizations.
  4. 4A participating organization may contact you if it can assist.
  5. 5Assistance is not guaranteed.

I want to help

  1. 1Browse current needs, volunteer opportunities, community events, initiatives, and Exchange listings.
  2. 2Select an opportunity that matches your location and availability.
  3. 3Contact or respond through the participating organization.
  4. 4Follow the organization's volunteer requirements and safety procedures.

I represent an organization

  1. 1Submit the organization for verification.
  2. 2Unity Portal reviews the organization, authorized representative, service area, and programs.
  3. 3Most eligible Killeen applications receive a decision within 3–5 business days.
  4. 4Applications needing additional information or special approval may take 7–10 business days.
  5. 5Approved organizations can publish services, events, needs, volunteer opportunities, outcomes, and Exchange listings.
